Please be sure to consult this calendar before setting deadlines, sending emails, or scheduling events such as book signings, launches, interviews, etc. for your project.

Staff is unavailable during these dates, and all services are suspended while our offices are closed. Additional fees will be incurred for work performed at your request when our office is closed. You will be billed accordingly, and no projects will be released without a zero balance on your account. You may remit payment here on or before your due date to avoid additional late fees.

 

If our offices are closed due to emergencies such as, but not limited to, inclement weather, power outages, etc., we will notify you via email at our earliest convenience. We may also have a notice on the website's home page.
