Convert your previously published print book to an e-book in .epub or .mobi file. Client provides interior file in .doc or .docx format, cover in jpeg format. Additional information may be required from Client. Interior and cover files are uploaded to KDP. Service does not include edits, proofreading, formatting, cover design, interior setup, print book setup, or ISBN. A KDP account will be required. Any additional services (edits, formatting, cover design, interior setup, print book setup, or ISBN*) will incur a charge at the current prices at that time. Be aware a rejection by KDP will most likely require editing, reformatting, and/or editing the cover design to resolve error messages. Price does not include tax or processing.

For authors who have had professional edits, proofreading, formatting performed, have front and back cover designed according to their book’s specs, will use the KDP free ISBN*, a TJSPH ISBN, or their own ISBN, and want their book published as a print book or e-book. A KDP account is required. Service does not include edits, formatting, cover design, interior setup, print book setup, or ISBN. Edits, formatting, cover design, interior setup, print book setup, or ISBN* will incur a charge at the current prices at the time. Client agrees to add TJSPH’s provided business information (business name and contact information) on copyright page of published book. Price does not include tax or processing.

For authors who have had professional edits, proofreading, front and rear matter completed. Your book will be prepared as a digital file to ensure it meets KDP’s print book or e-book requirements. Services include but are not limited to margins, illustration/image alignment, page numbering, headers, footers, table of contents, and more. Price does not include tax or processing.

COVER DESIGN PACKAGE:

A cover artist will create a book cover for your book according to your book’s dimensions. The cover artist will make suggestions on your font, layout, color scheme, and more to help reflect the topic, intensity, and audience of your book. Client is responsible for any additional costs for fonts, images, licenses, etc. used for the design of the cover. This includes costs for fonts, images, licenses, etc. that were in a previous design, but not in the final approved design. Client owns final design. Any other designs may be purchased at the cover artist’s purchase price. Service does not include edits, formatting, interior setup, print book setup, or ISBN*. Any additional services (edits, formatting, interior setup, print book setup, or ISBN) will incur a charge at the current prices at that time. Client agrees to add cover artist information (artist’s provided business name and contact information) on copyright page of any work utilizing the design. Client is responsible for obtaining and providing trademarks, proof of ownership, and/or documentation of permission of use for all incomplete and/or complete works submitted to TJSPH prior to publishing. Undocumented works will not be published. Client must own all parts of the book submitted for publishing.

Client is responsible for reviewing and agreeing to all terms of use, membership agreements, and privacy policies listed, as well as any additional policies regarding services performed by TJSPH within an agreement.
